The moment you visit the Fluxorin website or platform, register an account, fund a deposit, or make use of any part of our service, you form a legally enforceable contract with Fluxorin governed by these Terms of Use. Breaching any of these prohibitions may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account and referral to the relevant legal authorities.
Every piece of content, material, technology, algorithm, software, trademark, logo, and item of intellectual property made available on or through the Fluxorin platform belongs solely to Fluxorin or the partners who license to it. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform only for the purposes for which it is intended.
Without Fluxorin's prior written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, alter, build derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of Fluxorin's intellectual property.
So far as applicable law allows, neither Fluxorin nor its directors, officers, employees, partners, or agents shall bear liability for:

— Any acts or omissions of third-party service providers, payment processors, or financial institutions
The total combined liability of Fluxorin to any user for any claim brought under these Terms shall not exceed the aggregate amount that user deposited during the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fluxorin along with its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (reasonable legal fees included) that arise from or relate to your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

Once your account is terminated, your right to access the platform ends at once. Any funds available in your account when termination takes place will be processed for withdrawal, subject to verification requirements and the legal obligations that apply.
