The moment you visit the Fluxorin website or platform, register an account, fund a deposit, or make use of any part of our service, you form a legally enforceable contract with Fluxorin governed by these Terms of Use. The total combined liability of Fluxorin to any user for any claim brought under these Terms shall not exceed the aggregate amount that user deposited during the 12 months before the claim arose.
